Grille cleaning machine: used to intercept larger solid debris in sewage, such as minced meat, bones, hair, etc., to prevent them from entering the subsequent treatment equipment and causing blockage.

Air flotation device: By generating tiny bubbles, suspended solids and oils in wastewater adhere to the bubbles and rise to the water surface to form floating slag, thereby achieving solid-liquid separation.

Hydrolysis acidification tank: decomposes large organic molecules into small organic molecules, improves the biodegradability of wastewater, and creates favorable conditions for subsequent biological treatment.

Biological contact oxidation tank: filled with fillers, microorganisms attach to the fillers to form biofilms. Wastewater comes into contact with biofilms and removes organic matter and pollutants such as nitrogen and phosphorus through the metabolic process of microorganisms.

Sedimentation tank: used to settle the sludge water mixture after biological treatment, so that the supernatant meets the standard for discharge. Part of the settled sludge flows back to the biological treatment tank, and part enters the sludge treatment system.

Disinfection equipment: Common ones include ultraviolet sterilizers, chlorine dioxide generators, etc., which disinfect the treated sewage, kill pathogenic microorganisms, and ensure safe effluent.
