Working principle
Shallow air flotation machine achieves efficient processing through the following steps:
Dissolving process: Under high pressure conditions, air dissolves in water to form fine bubbles.
Bubble adhesion: Fine bubbles adhere to suspended particles, reducing their density.
Floating separation: Suspended solids with attached bubbles float to the surface of the water, forming floating debris.
Scraping off floating slag: The floating slag is removed from the water through a scraping device.
